Office Manager - Surgery Coordinator (Matthew)
Matt manages the patient care in the Toms River office. A cum laude graduate of The College of New Jersey, with a BA in Political Science.
Matt has been working in the podiatry field for over 15 years. He is proficient in all aspects of podiatry care and practice management, including podiatric assistant work, handling all patient inquiries, and communicating with health insurance companies.
In his spare time he enjoys traveling the world and concert going. Like his brother Dr. Donovan, he's an avid runner, having completed multiple Marathons.
Billing Associate - Assistant Surgery Coordinator (Alicia)
Alicia is the front desk coordinator at our Toms River office location and has well over 20 years of customer service experience.
She is extremely passionate about patient care and has a medical background from phlebotomy & medical assisting to records & office management.
Alicia's day to day duties include scheduling, benefits and insurance authorizations for our patients at this location as well as being a part of our billing team.
She handles our instrument sterilization, ordering of supplies, and enjoys keeping our exam rooms and office organized.
Alicia is friendly, patient and always has a smile on her face. She is always willing to help if you have an office related question or a scheduling issue.
Receptionist - Housecall Coordinator (Gabby)
Gabby is a front desk receptionist, new to our practice but has been working in the podiatry field for 8+ years. She is caring and hardworking.
Gabby has worked in all different areas of podiatry from front desk scheduling, clinical and billing. Her favorite part of her job is patient care, especially when it comes to helping patients pick out and get their diabetic shoes for the year.
When Gabby is not at work she loves to spend time with her friends and enjoys cooking and reading.
Receptionist - Referral Specialist (Maria)
Maria, a front desk receptionist worked with Dr Malcolm Kramer DPM for 10 years before coming on board with Toms River Podiatrist in 2019.
Blessed to have some of my patients from Dr Kramer to follow me to this practice!
I enjoy bringing the same positive energy that Dr. James Donovan provided to the practice, carrying on his legacy.
Security Specialist (Goose)
Hello! I’m Goose, a black Labrador Retriever and a part-time team member at the Toms River office.
When I’m not lending a paw at work, you can find me swimming, hunting, or playing fetch.
I’m very friendly and love meeting new people, so don’t hesitate to say hello if you see me around!
